About Us
Cathleen Kelly resides in a woodland retreat at the foothills of the Adirondacks in Upstate New York with her life partner, Michael. She is the founder and sole proprietor of Holistic Horizons, a private nurse-healer practice devoted to healing on all levels of body, mind, and spirit. Cathleen received her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from Keuka College and has over twenty-eight years of experience in general medicine, intensive care, pediatrics, homecare, and holistic nursing.
Holistic Horizons began in 1998 to persue holistic health practices that view patients and practitioners as whole individuals continuously and consciously interacting with their environment. Cathleen received her certification in Holistic Nursing in 1999, making her the first nurse in Central New York to become a Certified Holistic Nurse. Cathleen is a Usui and Karuna Reiki Reiki Master Teacher.
